Sub-Committees and Requirements
-
Sign-up for at least ONE event sub-committee throughout
the year. This means to help with the planning etc. of each event prior
to the event. Please pick one and sign up on the yellow pages in the
snack area
-
Of the mandatory 3 events you must be in attendance and
help with at least 2; these sign- up lists will be posted prior to each
event
-
Everyone must assist with 1 of the 6 movie/teen nights;
Please sign your name beside the date you want on the orange page

Everyone must assist with the Year End Recital; these
will be posted closer to the date

Tickets are $25 each or $10 without dinner
Each Family
is responsible to sell a minimum of 2 tickets and a Donation
for the Silent Auction. Keep in mind the better the items for the auction
the better the overall outcome for all of us. We are a great fun group of
people and we are sure everyone will be going home having enjoyed
themselves and a full belly!!!
A couple
donation letters were included in your package

Movie Night

Our first MOVIE NIGHT is fast approaching this SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 24TH
5:30 -9 PM at the Studio
-
This is a great opportunity for a night out with your
significant other or if you just want some quiet time to yourself at
home.
-
We will provide a
* 1hour dance class
* Popcorn and Juice
* Choice of age appropriate movie or an older and
younger audience
-
$15.00 for the first child and $10.00 for each
additional sibling
-
Bring friends, neighbours, relatives its fun for all ages!
-
There is a sign-up sheet on the general board in the studio
For the Movie and Teen nights you must
sign up to assist with at least one of the 6 events.

Hockey Pools
This year we are introducing a new fundraiser hoping to include people with
interests outside of the studio!!
This will be an individual optional fundraiser. This is a 50/50 Hockey
Pool.
How it works: Hockey Pools are sold for $20 each with $10 going to fundraising
and $10 going into the prize pool. Once all entries are submitted we will
determine the amounts and how many prizes. A message will be sent out to all
participants. Once the hockey pool is up and running all participants can view
and track how they are doing online….it’s fun!!
Deadline for entries is OCTOBER 5TH 2011.

Celebrity Server! The dates have been finalized and are posted at the studio,
please sign up for only 1 of the 3 dates.
The 3 dates are: October 23rd
2011, November 27th 2011 and January 22nd 2012
You will be serving from 5:00 – 8:00 pm
Please wear your Spotlight DanceWorks
jacket, black pants and closed toe shoes. If you do not have a jacket yet
please email Sara to make arrangements to borrow one.
Hair must also be tied up.
