We Have teamed up for “BP Rewards”

“BP Rewards” is an ongoing fundraising program. It’s simple, All you need to do is… whenever you eat at Boston Pizza just write “Spotlight DanceWorks” on the back of your receipt and put it in the rebate box at the front of the restaurant.  Boston Pizza will donate 10% of the bill back to us.

At the end of the season we are hoping to have a substantial amount that we can donate to a Local Charity of our choice!! Please help us out!

Welcome and Welcome Back

We would like to welcome all of our new and returning students. We hope you all had an excellent summer however it is great to get back into the swing of things! Please read this newsletter thoroughly. It has some very important information so please make sure that you make a habit of reading these monthly newsletters. If you have questions or concerns please let your teacher or Sara or Brian know at the end of your child’s class. We would love to help out!

Costume Deposits

Your costume deposits are due December 1^st, 2011 for our year end show. Please make sure you make arrangements with someone in the office. If you have a credit card on file with us we will add your costume deposit charge to your monthly fees. We will not be able to accept late payments. If you do not purchase a costume then you will not be able to perform in our year end show. Costumes are non-refundable. 

Spotlight DanceWorks Calendars

We have special Spotlight Calendars for sale. These calendars feature our own dancers and include all of our holidays and important dates. They are a fundraiser for our studio and are available for $10.00. Please purchase them in the office.

Xmas Extravaganza – Waverly Public School in Bowmanville on Friday, December 9 at 6:00 p.m. The recital involves all of our dancers age 6 and up. Tickets will be $5.00 each and will be sold at the door. Dancers and children 5 and under will be free.

Mail Folders

Please make a habit of checking your mail folder (located beside the microwave stand in the kitchen area in the RED file cabinets). We put all of our correspondence in these folders. We also email everything so if you do not have an email address on file with us please let us know and make sure you check your email! Everything is also posted on our recreational, fundraising and general boards in the studio as well. 

Have Your Birthday in the Spotlight!! 

Come and celebrate your birthday with us! Choose from several different themes designed for boys and girls of all ages. (Including Dance, Tumbling, Princess, Drama/Musical Theatre, Rockband and Amazing Race themes to name just a few themes). Call the studio to book your next party. (details)
